What we collect
XeetLoot doesn’t require an account. When you resolve a tweet link, we temporarily process the URL you paste and cache the resulting download links for up to 24 hours to avoid hammering X’s servers for the same tweet twice. We don’t store tweet content longer than that cache window.
Logs and abuse prevention
Like most web services, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes connection metadata (IP address, request timing) to run rate limiting and stop abuse. We don’t sell this data.
Cookies
We use a bot-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) before resolving a link, which may set a short-lived cookie. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
Third parties
Downloads are served directly from X’s own servers (video.twimg.com, pbs.twimg.com) — we don’t host or re-host media files, except short-lived converted files (GIF/MP3) which are deleted automatically within an hour.
